My sister has about six or so rocks that she keeps next to her bed. Not exactly pets, but she kept them because they were either pure black, really smooth, or entirely round. They're actually quite pretty. ^^

yeah, lol i "stole" a smooth rock like that out of my dads garden and he made me put it back!

but i even went to all the trouble of polishing it (wth nail polish)

and putting googley eyes on it!

but he still put it back in the little fountain in his garden..... the way it was..... so now when ever you look in the fountain my pet rock stares back!! O.O
